Shipping Policy

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days during peak periods for your order to be processed and shipped.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, shipping delays, customs delays, duties, taxes, or damage that occurs during transit.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. All domestic orders are shipped with tracking and include carrier coverage up to $100 through USPS. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with USPS to resolve the issue - we will help initiate a carrier investigation or claim when applicable.
